By installing or using DiveTracker, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
DiveTracker is a free personal activity log for dive instructors. It helps you record daily activities, track earnings and tips, and optionally back up your data to Google Sheets. It is not a financial, accounting, or legal tool.
DiveTracker is free. We may accept voluntary contributions through PayPal (paypal.me/gongallardo) but there is no obligation to pay. If we introduce paid features in the future, existing free features will remain free.
Your data belongs to you. It is stored on your device. We have no access to it. You are responsible for backing up your data (we recommend using the Google Sheets integration or the CSV export feature).
DiveTracker is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for data loss, incorrect calculations, or any decisions made based on information in the app. Always verify important financial information through official means.
The optional Google Sheets integration is provided as a convenience. We are not responsible for any issues with Google's services, access token expiration, or data loss in Google Drive.
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest update. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
