How it works
Go to Settings and add each instructor's name. Assign a color. Done once, stays forever.
Select an instructor, tap + for each activity they did. Switch instructors and do the same. Save.
History shows each instructor's activities separately. Filter by week, month, or any date range.
Add as many team members as you need. Each with their own color so you can identify them at a glance.
Set up your own activity types and prices. Fun dives, courses, specialties — whatever your center offers.
Filter by period and see each instructor's card: how many of each activity, total revenue generated.
One tap. Exports the filtered period with one row per instructor per day. Ready for your own records or payroll.
